1) We ask that 50% of the quoted price is payable at least 7 working days in advance.

 

2) No promotional material will be delivered unless the deposit has been recieved in our office prior to commencement of delivery.

 

 3) We ask that the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after completion of the delivery period. 

 

4) If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days then a late payment charge will be added and a new invioce will be issued detailing the late payment charge. If the outstanding balance is not paid after 14 days then interest may be incurred.

 

Late payment charges are as set out below:

5) The client must supply the marketing material which is to be delivered at least 3 working days before the start of the delivery period. Time and date to be agreed between both parties.

  

6) C&V Leaflet Distribution may destroy any surplus stock, after informing the client. The client may arrange for collection of any remaining stock within 5 working days after completion of the delivery period, after this time C&V Leaflet Distribution may dispose of the stock as they see fit.

 

 7) C&V Leaflet Distribution is not liable for any loss of profit, business, expenses or costs whatsoever.
